Snap Circuits® are the only educational circuit-building toys that use CircuitSafeTM Fuse Technology, a patented safety device unique to Snap Circuits® brand products. See US Patent #7,144,255 titled “Electronic Toy and Teaching Aid Safety Devices”.
All applicable Elenco® products meet or exceed all relevant government safety regulations and guidelines, including United States Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), American Society for Testing and Materials toy requirements (ASTM963), Standard Consumer Safety Specifications (16CFR), and International Standards for Toys & Children’s Products. We use certified independent testing labs to ensure the safety of our products. Most Snap Circuits® products are approved and recommended for children ages 8 and older, except: Snap Circuits® Beginner (ages 5 and older), and Snapino® (ages 12 and older). None of our toys are intended for children under the age of 3. Please read and follow the safety advice and warnings contained in our instruction manuals.

Warranty for Assembled Test Equipment: All assembled test equipment models are guaranteed for two years on all parts and service. For the first three months after purchase, you will receive full coverage at no charge. For the remaining 21 months, a nominal service charge is required to cover shipping and handling. Full details available upon request.
- For repair rates, shipping and handling costs please call (847) 541-3800 extension 233 for further information. Package the unit carefully using filler or bubble wrap, and if possible, ship in original box. Ship each unit separately. (Elenco is not responsible for any shipping damage that may occur.)
- Include a packing list with each unit shipped stating what type of service is required and include the return shipping information: name, address and telephone number.
- If the unit is within the warranty period, please provide proof of purchase or copy of the original invoice. If the unit is out of warranty, prepayment is required by check, money order or credit card.
